Fred's angels - just like Charlie's angels, we work together as a team. We deliver results by combining our efforts.
We picked tricycle as our logo. The three wheels (ie THREE Angels) work together with Fred's support to make the tricycle move forward. Just like collaboration four of us work towards the same goal and direction.
Though we have three Angels plus one Fred, that doesn't mean we are in advantage. We had put much more effort to collaborate since sometimes more people means confusion. However, obviously we could make use of each individual's effort to make our team collaborative.

ReplyDeleteOriginality and Aesthetics:
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the proactive pictures show your key points! Sometimes, a picture shows more effectively than words ever will. Adding some interesting videos can attract more readers by give them opportunities to learn via different media and processes.
Your analysis is little too descriptive at the moment, though it has interspersed many shining insights at various places. You need to engage in critical reflection about the dynamics of the group processes itself and the feelings and perceptions evoked at the individual and group level while engaging innovation two different decisions which constrain and channel both group and individual behaviors. In engage in critical reflection of group processes, one can identify what helped and what hindered the quality of learning and whether certain behaviors had a positive or negative effect. Team members can reflect on both the processes and products of group work.
In addition to describing your activities that stem from your group, for example, you can further make original observation about group processes by examining how the decision context affects how the various group roles are manifested and how different roles in a group relate and interact with each other. The leadership role that is saliently featured in Amy kingdom is effectively in capturing your reader’s attention. You can further extends your argument about the effects of the tyrannical and biased leadership and authorities by examining how the decision context affects how the various group roles are manifested and how different roles in a group relate and interact with each other.
Insight and Provocation:
ReplyDeleteIt is important here to unpack how and why of the choices the group make the decision impact of these choices under decision contexts rather than just describe your group has solved a problem; reached a conclusion; found an answer; reached a point of understanding.
What did you discover about the advantages and disadvantages of working as part of a group during the two different contexts of group innovation, especially as it relate to performance outcomes such as innovation quality and product or group effectiveness and creativity?
How does good teamwork influence success in innovation activities when time and resources are limited? As everyone had their own point of view, many different ideas could be produced in a group. How the energy of group participation influences and encourages other team members to feel more energetic about contributing something.
Some nice but disjointed insights are made throughout the analysis, but they are not building on each other to make more sophisticated arguments that can lead to a culminating final concluding point that impacts and influences your reader’s perception about certain issues, or position on moral debates, or even future decision going forward.
Support and Evidence:
You offered some nice, clear arguments about what might have led to the group outcomes and group dynamics in two decision contexts. This part is nice, and dramatically done with effective attention to impact the reader’s emotional response. Bravo!
You might want to include more detailed information about the real teamwork progress itself, in turns of both outcomes and process, which is more credible and persuasive in making arguments that build on the prior reflection of each step of the group process learning. Relating your group performance outcomes to the steps, insights, problems, or observation during the group process can help formulate reflective insights on the group processes while engaging in innovation in different decision contexts.
You can further analyze and reflect on your group processes and individual experiences in the group by examining the feelings and perceptions surrounded the group and individual experience? How do feelings and perceptions relate to each other? What do you do when they are in contradiction? How do the different decision contexts create anticipation and expectation of your roles that affect the feelings and perceptions surrounded the group and individual experience? What might this experience mean in the context of your course?
MASTERY AND UNDERSTANDING:
ReplyDeleteIf you can give readers better definition of the concepts that you claim to apply. For instance, relaxing and free atmosphere. You can tell the readers your standards of a “relaxing and free atmosphere”. Such ambiguous can be avoided with definition by putting the readers on the same frame of reference, and facilitate your group to proceed to address other logical gaps can be better addressed with stronger and more arguments, conceptual explanation based on readings, lectures, and class activities, and evidence and data based on individual and group experienced based on the group processes as they relate to decision contexts and individual and group experiences.
You can also address what other additional perspectives, theories or concepts could be applied to the situations to offer alternative interpretations and explanations, and address why you have made the choices that you have made for what intentional effects.
Clarity and Coherence:
Your writing structure is clear in your blog though not necessarily most effective. I have two suggestions.
The first one on is the order of the topics you have covered in the part of scenario 2: Do you think that discussing trust first is better since creativity occurs based on trust?
And the second one is in the discussion of scenario 2, you spent two parts talking about trust. Obviously, the third part is about collaboration mainly. Do you think you can change the title of the part from trust to teamwork or collaboration can avoid confusion and get a clearer writing structure?
Reflective writing is often explanatory (explaining why or how it is like that) and expressive (I think, I feel, I believe). It is an explorative tool cam result in more questions than answers. However, the focus of this particular assignment should be to explain and understand how the group processes and interactive insights that surface during group experiences are affected by different decisions contexts, and how and why these different group dynamics, roles subsequently affect individual and group outcomes in doing innovation. How and why is the nature of innovation activities different, and are affected by decision contexts and group dynamics and composition differentially?

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteActually i'm trying to find the defect we have which can be fixed via reading your blog.
Actually i did,High Level of Communication is what we need to discuss further in our blog, we just finish the simulation without the combination of both, whether the communication too stiff nor so anarchy. we just comment that the defect of both way to communication without think of the combination of both which you actually did in your blog, here i am and here i learn from you,We emphasized on communication with each other. That is why we could throw out ANY kinds of ideas that made our products to be more creative.
Many thanks for blog.
Good Job! Excellent Blog! I learned many things from your blog, and I think team working can make a very excellent blog! I think the structure is clear and concise. I can see the members' photos and their brief introduction. There are lots of theories used in the blog and we can learn the related theories just from the concise blog! Firstly, the blog introduced your team, showed us the members and told us the culture and spirits and nice environment among your team, which I think is a good introduction. The culture introduction emphasize the importance of "Teamwork". Next, the blog contains lots of beautiful pictures and images, which make the blog colorful and interesting. I like the cartoons in the blog. However, the pictures are too big and I should use more time to browse your blog. I think making the picture smaller or less is a good selection. Third, you state the discussion process very concisely and clearly. I like the " Peer Culture " part and the "High Level Communication"part. I think these parts are good examples to all of us. Last, you used bold to highlight the most important words in the blog. GOOD!
